Clarence and Loraine and Cadott adopted him when he was 18 months old

He went to "preschool" at Einer's gas station; his teachers were retired. St. Joe's

and the nuns of SDS filled in the rest for eight years

McDonell was a hill to climb in "Chippwa" but attained fifty years ago

Milwaukee was fun; Marquette was not; the Marine Corps was not - more.

 School seemed to be a thing - even the Marine Corps sent him to it

With the Navy!

It was fun again for four years later at UW-EC

the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire made him a Bachelor

He was already married with two children.

 

When Tennessee offered a way and a Master of Speech Pathology

He took it all the way to Syracuse University

and a Doctor of Philosophy and another child.

 

To Florida and USF in the sun with fun students until

Texas for a year at the Tech.

 Further west at the "U" in Redlands, California, it was warm, but he

missed the cold and family and Wisconsin

For three years until he missed Florida.

Where he is today, where he will be, with Sandy, his wife

of almost 30 years, on the San and Tone Star Ranch

with dogs, cats, horses and a burro named Charlie, a short
